Standard delivery (usually TNT Express) is provided free of charge on all orders over £300 (you can request a delivery date) Delivery for orders under this threshold will be charged on value. *Restrictions or additional charges may apply on certain products.
All charges if applicable will be advised beforehand within your basket. Delivery timescales are based on working days only (Monday-Friday) If Monday is a Bank Holiday then your order will be processed on the Tuesday. Additional delivery services are available at additional costs, which are detailed below;
Next Day delivery service is charged at an extra £10
Saturday Delivery service is charged at an extra £30
AM Delivery (B4 12pm) delivery is charged at an extra £20

Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Unfortunately requests for an E.T.A (Estimated Time of Delivery) are at the courier’s discretion. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times, exceptions may apply.
All delivery services could be made on a lorry or a van so it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative delivery options.
If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, or the goods are refused you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is a £15.00 minimum for small orders and £30 minimum for large orders. There will also be a return delivery charge for any product promoting Free Postage due to the 3rd party return charges.
It is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem.
We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked.
Standard delivery is made to the kerb side due to insurance guidelines so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property. This excludes our Premier delivery.
Deliveries made outside mainland UK may incur extra delivery charges which you will be advised of before confirmation of the order.
